Shipping policy

In-stock items will generally be shipped within three days of order confirmation. (Please note that depending on the delivery date and time specified and the product status, delivery may take longer than three days.)

We will send it by our designated delivery company (Sagawa Express). If the item is out of stock, we will contact you separately.

Since we share inventory with our physical stores, there may be cases where an item is out of stock or sold out depending on the timing of your order. In such cases, we will contact you separately.

If a malfunction occurs due to high access volume, we ask for your understanding that we will be operating on a first-come, first-served basis.
